For Purchases or Downloads, please check the email account you used at checkout, including your junkmail folder. You should already have instructions and links to your files! For large downloads, you can use the INVOICE ID from your receipt. For pose downloads, simply login and go to the Library page.
For questions about orders, please include some information, such as:
Invoice ID, Date of Purchase, or email address used at checkout.
To get a response, please be sure you can receive email from posespace.com, for example, by adding us to your white list (instructions).
