By request, lots of new poses from KeiraG. See them in the Recently Added section. She has some nice portrait photos in the pose KeiraG023. Her photoshoot was divided into 2 phases. The first has classic art modeling poses. The second is a technical reference done for a doctor to use as illustrations in a book. The Sessions are divided based on those. See both of them on the Sessions page.

Katlyn is an artist and her poses in these sets have benefited from her artistic sense. Some of them might be described as dramatic, even disturbing. Reactions have been mixed, but however you react, they make an interesting set.

Years ago, we did a Half Price Pose of the Week where a $6 pose would be discounted to $3 for a week. Now, we're doing something similar but with Poses on Kindle, iTunes, Nook, Scribd, Kobo, etc. We hope to make a new pose available every couple of weeks.

Inna's classic figure works well with a variety of classical poses. Her first set features standing poses such as the T-pose, A-pose, contraposto, and some action poses. The second set has sitting and crouching poses and the third has sitting and reclining poses plus a few expressions.

Some poses were customer requests (for example 'see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil'), others were spontaneously chosen by Inna and some were planned by the Art Models team.

Note, a few of the poses are particularly revealing in rotation, so you might want to avoid the 3rd Session if that's an issue.

Figure drawing, painting, sculpting reference photos from Saju's 1st shoot and BenP's 1st shoot. Saju's poses are mostly standing and usually photographed in a high contrast light, although we did some in a soft light as requested by several customers. We aimed for a mix of both artsy poses and ordinary, everyday activities (saju031). Some poses were meant as a detailed study. For example, saju071-saju074 shows Saju's hands going through the process of putting up her hair.
The BenP session has floor-level poses like crouching, sitting, and reclining with overhead views.
For both models, many poses include alternate angles, close-ups, or portrait photos. See the views count in the preview images at the bottom of the page and look for the poses with more than 25 views. Click the thumbnail then the Show All Angles link and go to the second page. Figure drawing, painting, sculpting reference photos from the 2nd half of Stephanie's 1st shoot. This session features sitting and reclining poses, mostly nudes though a few are clothed and many with multiple angles. With about 800 photos taken at 50MP, it's a large download at 2.2GB!

These are the poses in Stephanie’s 1st Session Download with standing and sitting. This may be our first Session Download with the new 50MP camera. With 700 photos, it’s big at 1.8GB!

Rather than having one large expensive download, we break photo shoots into multiple sessions to make the cost lower. And we try to group similar poses together to hopefully create useful collections—for a low per-pose price. 4/27/2016

There's lots of casual, ordinary, everyday activities in the Shoney Sessions.

• Most of the standing poses in the first set followed a theme of ordinary activities like shopping, sweeping, walking, waiting.
• The second set has lots of casual sitting poses and also a few more artsy "posed" poses.
• The third collection of art reference poses took place at ground level with more "posed" poses. It also has the expression Poses, great for drawing or painting portraits, doing graphic novel or comics, or any other work where expressive close-ups of the face and hands is important.

PoseMuse poses have been very popular and generated a lot of excitement on Tumblr, which is where we learned of them. Just like Art Models' photos, they can be used, royalty-free, as the basis for your own art. Sometimes the detail of Art Models' high-res photos can be daunting. We're hoping PoseMuse sketches can help people get started.
You can see the initial selection the same way as any other pose: in the Pose Tool or the iPad App. Just search for PoseMuse in the models list. You can see all the views in a Pose collection by clicking the "views" links in the Pose Tool.
Whether we do more or not depends on you! So please let us know. Are they useful? Are they priced right? What do you think?

The Shoney poses are now complete, all 85 of them! (It was a big photo shoot). There's a good deal of variety for life drawing; reclining, sitting, kneeling, crouching, laying down, standing, ordinary activites, as well as more typical figure drawing "posed" poses. ElenaS has a more normal figure than the super thin model types, making her a good choice if you're looking for a more typical person as an art reference. We did a mix of casual and staged poses. See them all on the Session Downloads page. 2/1/2016
